Rooted In Community: Free International Women’s Day Event

Join us for “Rooted in Community”: a free afternoon of celebration and connection for International Women’s Day.

This event includes a community lunch at noon, a self-defense workshop with Wen-Do at 2:30 p.m., and an opportunity to connect with the NYWC Team, friends and community partners. Learn about our revitalized drop-in services and group programs and discover new community resources!

Registration is required to participate. Plus, when you register by or before March 6, you’ll be automatically entered to win two tickets to the Toronto Raptors Women’s Empowerment night on Saturday, March 8th!

Everything is free, with magnificent learning opportunities and a chance to celebrate all the awesome people in our community.
