How You Can Help Toronto Women
As a volunteer, you can help NYWC in many ways, depending on your interests. For instance, you can:
- Contribute your time and skills to help us deliver critical programs and services
- Offer your expertise at an in-person or virtual program or event
- Reach out to women in need by helping to organize and promote NYWC programming
- Use your tech skills to help women overcome barriers to digital literacy and access
- Use your voice and passion to support our events, activism and fundraising activities
- Contribute your leadership skills by running for our Board of Directors or joining one of our committees
- Put your education and experience to work by participating in our student placement program

One of the highlights of my NYWC tenure was the 30th anniversary celebration, which brought together participants who had been through NYWC programs that helped changed their lives, as well as long term members and donors and local politicians.
